This greasy spoon is a good place for people watching, such as watching a fellow salting the hell out of his drowning-in-ranch-dressing dinner salad. Philosophical conversations take place outside at the tables next to the back door. Restrooms cost a quarter to use and, from the photographic evidence I was shown, the men's restroom has interesting graffiti. The chili spaghetti seemed an odd combo, but what I sampled off of phiz's plate grew on me. Bit heavy on the paprika, though.
